The Bakery

The Log Cabin boasts a complete in house bakery staffed by 3 full time bakers. Our bakery produces all scratch products used for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our in house guests, as well as for carryout and retail sales.

The Cabin makes over 6000 cream and fruit pies yearly, as well as a varied selection of specialty cheesecakes. To enhance our breakfast, lunch and dinners the Cabin bakers start early to make the days supply of cinnamon rolls, giant muffins, 8 in house breads (white, wheat, multigrain, marbled rye, vienna, sourdough, cinnamon swirl, and cinnamon raisin), sandwich and burger buns, a variety of dinner rolls, baking powder biscuits, and quick breads.
